February Scrapbooking Class is all about The Love of Family

     The Love of family is the Greatest Blessing.
This past Christmas I was fortunate enough to have all my immediate family home. When my pictures arrive this week from our family photo shoot, I will be able to fill this layout with them.
     This will be my February class on Monday Feb 24th at 6:30pm. I arrive back from Florida that morning, if we don't get any more snow storms.

     
       The cost of the class is $8.00. Please bring your favorite adhesive and scissors to distress with.

January Frosted Workshop- Jan 27 6:30 PM

This layout features our Frosted paper pack. With the chilly temperatures and snow we have had recently I thought this was an appropriate choice for my January workshop. This class will be on Monday Jan 27 at 6:30pm. The cost is $8.

Sparkle and Shine Paper Layout

Love these Layouts using the Sparkle and Shine paper from Close to my Heart. But especially love the 2 boys in them. This paper matches the photos background so well.

 

   I hope to have my January Layout posted by this weekend. I've enjoyed my husband being here for two weeks, but I've not gotten much scrapbooking done. Next week I'll get busy.

 

Christmas Card Class Dec 7 starting right at 9:30AM before afternoon Christmas Papercrafting gift giving ideas

These are the Christmas cards  I have ready for a class, Dec 7th at 9:30 AM.  The cost is $8 for 6 cards. Please bring your own adhesive and scissors. 

 

 

 

 


   This card is embossed with stamping and some cutting involved. This is a favorite card from year to year.

 This stocking card is so cute. It is also embossed.

This stocking card can be used as a gift card holder or as a Christmas card .

  
This is just like the stocking card above but using different papers and patterns on the embossing, YOU can choose which card you prefer      

     



This quick card  teaches you how to rip paper for a frame vs a straight cut for the cardstock

The picture quality on this card doesn't do it justice, Close to my heart this year made stamps that have sparkle embellishments that surround that image. Such as the star and the tree. And I have used our new sparkle red trim to accent the card also.

 

Who can forget Rudolph?? Not me!!
I love this old paper pack and used it to show off one of my favorite reindeer.

 
Lastly using the same paper pack, and again using a favorite stocking stamp came along this card.

Dec 7 Christmas Papercraft Gift Giving items

  
        I have the items made for Dec 7  12:30 to 4:00 PM workshop. It was a lot of fun to do this workshop. It should only take about 15-30 minutes to do each item. Please bring adhesive.

 
 
 
 
 This is a very easy and quick idea for a stocking stuffer. They are Hershey nuggets wrapped with paper and bagged. The cost is $2. This class is at 12:30.

 I copied this from Close to my Heart's Holiday catalog. I loved this tree the moment I saw it. It uses our paper pack Sparkle and Shine. And one of our CTMH cricut cartridges. Just love this.

 

 

  This is a little close-up so that you can see the detail in the yo-yo. LOVE CTMH PRODUCTS!!!!!!!

 

 

       I went to Dayton and crafted with a very good friend. I was able to get these cards done. Here I'm using up an old paperpack from 2011. These cards were all cased from the boards. I love this paper. I'm going to do a Christmas cards/ Christmas papercrafts day on Dec 7-  9:30 to 1200 noon cards and 12:30 to 3PM Christmas papercrafting gifts. Anybody interested???????

Christmas is only 52 days away

  
   I can't believe we are this close to Christmas already. I have bought half of my 6 grandchild's Christmas presents already. So glad to have that much done. SO that put me in the mood for a Christmas LO. I saw a cute LO done by another consultant -Michelle Snyder. I used some of her ideas for this layout. This is a quick layout- no stamping at all. It uses our dimensional elements. And you'll go home with more than half of what we used.

 

 

     This class will be held on Nov 18 at 7 PM. Please RSVP by Nov 10, so that I have enough of the elements for everyone. Please bring your own adhesive. The cost for this class is $12. There will be a cute Hershey tree to make also.
