New Close to my Heart Cricut Artbooking Layouts

I  LOVE, LOVE, LOVE the new Close to my Heart  Cricut cartridge ARTBOOKING . These layouts were done using it. The first one is a First day of school. I just love the fonts that are welded together, and the ruler is adorable. Did you notice the frame around the First day ?? The numbers are cut attached to the frame. There are approx. 16 different layouts that use just a few keys on the cartridge to accomplish the entire layout. So easy!!!!

The next layouts show off the overlays. I think they are over the top. They compliment the pages so well. This layout is using retired paper that matches my Florida pool water really well. And the layout shows off my grandson having fun. Again the layout used just a few keys on one page of Artbooking to cut the pieces for this layout(minus the fish and seahorse).

Fall is one of my favorite seasons. I sort of hoard fall colored paper. This paper is from about 9 years ago, but I love it. The tree overlay is awesome Then I used the cut outs of the leaves for a pattern to cut different papers for the look of leaves that are changing color. Again the welded words set the pages off.

This next layout was one of my favorites from the get go. The ornament overlay is so cute. I used background and texture paper for a few frames, and to use behind the cut out ornaments.

On this last layout, I used the same layout as above, but only used cardstock and no patterned paper. I really like the simplicity of this layouts also.

The possibilities are endless with the new cartridge.
If you are interested- you can see my samples and layouts. You can order by going thru my online business account
scrappydeb.ctmh.com. I know you will love the cartridge as much as I do.

Don't you just love the new Designer Frames from Close to my Heart. This kits has the frame, B size stamp set used on the mats, 33 precut kraft paper die cuts, 6 mini clothes pins, and 1 yard of baker's twine. I used brads to attach my diecut shapes to the photos that were adhered to cardstock, so that I can change out the photos and mats and still keep the die cut kraft mat to use again with new photos. I used a E sized stamp set for the banner title( not included in the kit). This came together in about an hour and that is with printing my photos also. LOVE LOVE LOVE this kit !!!!!. It will make a great Christmas present also. The kit sells for $35.95 I still have several pieces of precut dies  and some twine left for another project. You can buy the frame separately also for $26.95

ANYBODY READY FOR CHRISTMAS IN JULY???

I'm ready for some Christmas in July. Are YOU????
I thought I'd do Christmas cards in July. Something easy, because of all the preparation of getting ready for convention this year. I made over 100 cards to swap in less than a month. I'm planning on a Saturday 9:30am class July 27th, or Monday July 29 class at 6:30pm. We will be making 8 cards for $10. Please RSVP by July 21 so that I can get everything cut and ready for you. Please bring your favorite adhesive also.

Then on August 10th at 10am I'm having an open house to show off our new products and idea book. I really love the new stamps and our new Cricut cartridge is amazing, awesome, and then some. You can see the new Cricut cartridge on my blog-debsdistressingscraproom.blogspot.com I will have samples available to touch and feel And I hope to have the Sept class example ready to show off. I am going to try to weed out my stamp sets-I have too many(lol). And I will have some used and new stamps to sell also. I need to make room for new products. Sure hope to see you here at Deb's scraproom. Email me for direction if needed.
